From our vineyards we invite our guests to experience the bohemian and ambitious life of the adventurous discoverer. Our desire is expansion — to take our wines overseas and make them known and appreciated.

Inovation is important, as is tradition, and we are proud to be linked to the Ségur family, a French family, with strong routes in Bordeaux, descendants of Marquis de Ségur, proclaimed by King Louis XV of France the Prince of Vines due to his ownership of some of the most famous Bordeaux chateaus-including Château Lafite, Château Latour, Château Mouton and Château Calon-Ségur.

The Alentejo covers about a third of Portugal,
and its wine is one of the most popular amongst
the nationals. Its undulating plains and gentle hills
are constantly bathed by the scorching sunshine, allowing for grapes to burst with flavour, making wines fruity and rich, mostly medium to full bodied, which can range from simple and easy to drink to very fine gourmet wines. Soils consist largely of schist, pink marble, granite, limestone, and are often laid upon a sub-layer
of water-retaining clay.
Due to heat during the day, and to preserve the quality of the grapes, harvest is often done at night.
